Belinda is currently GM Business Transformation, a role she assumed in December 2019. She is accountable for driving transformational change, including Digital and technology to unlock significant value at all levels of the organisation. Prior to this job, she was the Plant Manager at Bacton gas terminal, one of the critical national infrastructures in the UK. Under her leadership she deepened the culture of care and led a process driven organisation resulting in sustained performance in safety leadership, sharper cost focus and top quartile availability for the asset. She was instrumental in engaging with external stakeholders and securing commercial support to anchor Bacton as the plant-of-choice for more 3rd party gas processing.


She has also worked in various lines of business in Shell Upstream, Non-Operated ventures, Production Excellence, Projects and Technology. Her roles have spanned across technical, project, operational and global support in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa. In these roles, she co-championed end-to-end integration, digital transformation, maintenance and operational readiness and production excellence in projects and upstream facilities. Belinda Ikazoboh believes in care for people at the core of what she does and inspires, develops and coaches people to deliver at their best whilst achieving personal growth. Belinda holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Brunel University, a master’s in engineering asset management from Robert Gordon University and is also a chartered engineer with the institution of mechanical Engineers (ImechE).
